Printed on a thick art paper Conquéror Connoisseur 100% coton / 315g. Each copy is framed in a black Marie-Louise adorned with an Akimoff Collections pewter plaque. Limited edition and numbered 99 copies. Dimensions: 30x40cm Spirou stairs.

After Franquin, Schwartz and Bravo, discover the reasoned collection with the beginnings of Spirou, created in 1938 by Robert Velter, alias Rob-Vel (1909-1991), at the request of the publisher Jean Dupuis.

Inspired by her experience as a stewardess on interwar ocean liners, Rob-Vel dresses Spirou in the red uniform of the young hunters of the liner "Île de France", an emblematic outfit that Spirou still wears today.
