''Tangled'' (the original title of the film) is inscribed in gold on the back of the book cover. Designed by award-winning artist and sculptor Jim Shore for the Disney Traditions brand. Height: 16,5cm.
Award-winning artist Jim Shore grew up in rural South Carolina. Son of passionate artist parents who gave him a love of traditional American folk art and its values. He was also inspired by his grandmother who made him appreciate the manual arts. Jim studied engineering and graduated in commerce. He supported his family as an engineer, honing his skills as a sculptor and painter in his spare time. He eventually created his own company, Designs Americana, to market his creations. In 2005 Jim Shore joined forces with Disney and together they formed the "Disney Traditions" collection. From this fruitful partnership the artist draws great recognition from consumers. His unique design style applied to iconic Disney characters has made Disney Traditions one of the most successful co-branding collections.
