To this invitation to pleasure, conviviality and living together, 40 contemporary chefs respond by proposing a menu echoing one of the 40 banquets of Asterix.
Starter-main course or main course-dessert, many of the recipes in this book are offered here exclusively, recalling the action as salutary as it is necessary of the Restos du Cœur, which every year for almost 40 years have served meals to the destitute.
